Comfort Inn & Suites Orange County John Wayne Airport

I travel from Scotland, UK and stay here for 2/3 weeks every other year. I request a pool side room and I'm always accommodated. Parking is very easy and plentiful. They have a shuttle service to and from John Wayne Airport. ( I didn't use this service) They issue a parking pass at the reception when checking in. The pool is salt water and clean. The hut tub is cosy. Big enough for 5/6 ( only half the jets were working during my most recent stay, although its mostly quiet enough that this wasn't an issue for me) It's on a 30 minute timer and can be used from 9am till 10pm with access to the pool/ hot tub area via your hotel room card. Breakfast is a treat. Plenty of options. The staff are super nice and I would personally recommend dropping a $ or 2 into their tip jar. The gym was never crowded. I had it to myself all but 1 day. 1 weight machine was broken, but labeled as such) 2 tread mills. Tv a little loud in the gym. My room was quiet and the air con worked great. Basic rooms, with plenty of storage options. Fridge, microwave, coffee machine in the room. Lots of lamps and loads of power sockets to be found throughout the room. Internet was perfect and fast. Ice machines on all levels and just a really clean place. I always enjoy my stay here. It's right off the 405, 55, 73, etc. It's in Orange County so you're surrounded by great food and shopping options. Plenty of thrift shops, not far from ALL of the beaches and Disney is also super close. Every time I stay, I notice something else that has been changed/ upgraded. I would recommend.

Everyone was very nice and welcoming. The room was large and exactly what we asked for a king with a couch. Good price for a casual stay overnight. We were close to UCI medical center and our friends home. The room was clean and quiet enough. I felt safe in the area. The breakfast was great, standard waffle machine, only one though, eggs were hot and sausage good. There were many people eating but two attendants kept everything clean and stocked, and they were nice and smiled.

We had a really nice stay. The room was very clean and the service was great. I stayed for 3 nights and I have no complaints.

After a very stressful travel situation with my three small children, your hotel was truly a breath of fresh air. From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed, safe, and comfortable. The room was clean, well-lit, and thoughtfully prepared, which immediately put my mind at ease as a parent. I would especially like to recognize Ana and Maria in the kitchen, who were absolutely amazing. They consistently ensured the breakfast bar was fully stocked, clean, and inviting. Their hard work, attentiveness, and dedication did not go unnoticed, and I truly appreciated the care they put into making sure every guest received the best service possible. I would also like to give special recognition to Ellie at the front desk, who truly went above and beyond. Ellie was not only wonderful and helpful, but genuinely caring and compassionate. From check-in to any questions I had during our stay, she made everything feel seamless and stress-free. Her warm attitude, patience, and professionalism made a difficult travel experience feel manageable and comforting. As a mother traveling with young children, her kindness meant more to me than she probably realizes. The entire team demonstrated exceptional service, and it was clear that guest comfort and care are a top priority at your property. After a long and exhausting day, it meant so much to walk into a space that felt calm, clean, and genuinely welcoming. Comfort Suites truly lives up to its name, and this stay reminded me why I trust your brand when traveling with my family. Thank you again to your outstanding staff—we will absolutely return. Comfort Inn & Suites Orange County John Wayne Airport delivers solid value close to SNA with clean, spacious rooms equipped with microwaves, fridges, and free Wi-Fi. The complimentary buffet breakfast and free airport shuttle (limited hours) are great perks. On-site you’ll find a gym, outdoor pool, and firepit. While the facility shows some wear and shuttle approval has some restrictions, it’s a dependable choice for budget-conscious travelers.

I was here for a work meeting I got dropped off by uber from the nearest hotel which was John Wayne Airport that was less then 20mins away , This hotel was nice and felt save the front desk was amazing ! Check-in was fast and easy ! The lobby was clean And had snack for sale along with drinks they also have a free Coffee stations there also A gym and Ice machine with a pool /Jacuzzi and a fire pit outside the rooms were clean the rooms have ac/ heater MY room had a couch and a fridge with microwave /Shampoo and body wash/ The breakfast is so delicious and everything nice and stocked they also had a spicy salsa 10/10 my favorite over the hotel was a 10/10 for me . There is also near by food a Mexican restaurant to your left walking distance and a jack in the box / Wienerschnitzel/ Subway and a oil change near by (with car distance )

The staff is exceptionally friendly, and the rooms are impeccably clean. I say its the best buget friendly choice in the immeadiate area. Also they take cash deposit of 100 dollars if you dont like your funds on hold which is awesome.

Loved this hotel. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, nice pool area. Breakfast was good, I thought the staff was helpful. One room the door was messed up. The staff moved us to a new room without any issues.
